SITE AGENTS -- ENTER TRAFFIC AND VISITORS

Please remember to enter all visitors and visitor returns into the database. Bruce pays for all the marketing and advertising for Poplar Pointe (and his other developments). The leads are his. Once it is determined that a visitor is not going to buy at Poplar Pointe--YES--you can snatch them as a client and show them other homes, but you must enter all visitors nevertheless. If you don't, and Bruce or another Agent does, or writes a PSA, there will be an issue, an issue that entering ALL visitors avoids.

We send bulk emails to past model home visitors, all showing agents, and anyone that clicked "Signup for email updates" on the web site. We do this when the builder releases new inventory, when there are price changes, or when the builder or lender offers a Buyer's Incentive.
